随着基础与临床研究的不断深入，半月板损伤后应该尽量保留已经成为共识，目前认为，甚至超过50岁的半月板损伤都尽量缝合修复，而不要轻易切除。一下是我院半月板缝合方面的一些体会。

关节镜下RapidLoc与FasTFix缝合器修复内侧半月板后角损伤手术方法与康复比较

【摘要】 目的 探讨RapidLoc与FasTFix半月板缝合器修复内侧半月板后角损伤的的手术与康复方法及临床疗效。 方法 40例内侧半月板后角损伤患者，年龄19-36岁，男29例，女21例，随机分成2组，每组20例，膝关节镜下分别采用RapidLoc与FastFix半月板缝合器修复损伤的内侧半月板后角，术后采用个体化康复计划。观察2组半月板损伤缝合后的临床愈合率与并发症情况。判断标准包括：关节疼痛交锁、肿胀、关节间隙压痛、McMurray试验，其中7例患者术后MRI检查（RapidLoc3例，FasTFix4例），3例术后再次关节镜检查（RapidLoc1例，FasTFix2例）。 结果 随访平均10个月，各组病例无术中血管、神经、肌腱损伤，术后FastFix组1例感染。根据临床标准3例失败（RapidLoc2例，FastFix1例），临床愈合率RapidLoc90%；FasTFix为95%；RapidLoc与FasTFix组半月板临床愈合率无显著性差异。结论RapidLoc与FasTFix系统虽然固定方式与初始张力不同，但只要术中仔细、术后康复个性化，半月板修复后均可获得较高的临床愈合率。

A clinical prospective study of RapidLoc and FastFix arthroscopic repair systems in the Treatment Rehabilitation of posterior horn of medial meniscal Injury

【Abstract】 0bjective The goal of this study was the clinical prospective evaluation of arthroscopic repair of posterior horn of medial meniscus by the use of 2 different repair devices：the RapidLoc System and the FasTFix system. Methods There were 40 arthroscopic meniscal repairs by the RapidLoc and FastFix System, 20 cases each. The rehabilitation plans were scheduled postoperatively and personally. The clinical healing rates between the two groups was compared．Criteria for clinical healing included absence of locking，swelling，or joint line tenderness，and a negative McMurray test．7 cases were underwent MRI check postoperatively, 3 cases received second arthroscopic operation. Results Follow up time were meanly 10 months. In the 2 groups, the meniscal healing rate were 90% and 95% respectively , and no significant difference. Conclusions As compared with the RapicLoc system，the FasTFix system offers a same high meniscal healing rate，but the use of appropriate in and post operative procedure, both of the systems can have a good healing rate.
