［关键词］儿童 尺桡骨骨折 手法复位 夹板固定 手术治疗 [Abstract]Objective: To discuss the treatment effect of the radius and ulna fractures in children using plastic splints. Methods:19 patients with radius and ulna fractures were reducted manually and stabilized by splints. Result:At least 3 months follow-up; 2－3 weeks later adequate radiograph shew anatomic reduction or almost in 15 children ; 3/4 paratope and excellent alignment in 3 children; 1/2 paratope and excellent alignment in 2 children; 1 child of loss position and immobilization with stainless steel plate; Another 4 children were operated and immobilization with internal fixation. All the fractures have bony union and have excellent function of rotation without pain; Conclusion: Manual reduction and immobilization by splint perform well in the radius and ulna fracture in children. Manual reduction skills and patient obedience are key factors. Operation is useful for the patients with open fractures or re-fractures .
