摘要:
目的 为了诊断食物过敏,本文报告了261例患者血清IgG抗体的检测结果特点,为疑似患者提供新的诊断线索,为进一步营养治疗增加依据。北京同仁医院营养科张谦
方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA),检测患者血清中14种食物特异性IgG浓度。结果 阳性结果分为三个水平,总的检出阳性百分数依次为:鸡蛋虾蟹牛奶大米番茄玉米小麦大豆鳕鱼牛肉蘑菇猪肉=鸡肉。青少年组和成年组中都是鸡蛋的致敏性最高,猪肉和鸡肉最低,其他食物敏感性顺序有所不同,但是两组间比较均无显著性差异(p0.05)。男女两组中鸡蛋、虾、蟹致敏性最高,猪肉和鸡肉最低,并且顺序一致,两组间比较均无显著性差异(p0.05)。
结论 食物特异性IgG抗体检测有利于辅助诊断食物过敏。

An Analysis on Surem Specific IgG to Diagnose Food Allergy

Objectives:This paper reports the test results of serum specific IgG of 261 doubtful food allergy patients, and gives preliminary analysis, in order to provide evidence of diagnosis and clinical nutrition therapies.
Methods:A total of 261 serum samples from clinical patients were tested by the ELISA method to find specific IgG concentrations to 14 kinds of food. All test results were grouped by different classifying criteria, such as allergic degree, age, and sex. And then analysis is carried out among groups.
Results: Among all positive results, three levels are observed, and the percentages of the food rank as egg > shrimp > crab > milk > rice > tomato > corn > wheat > soybean > ling > beef > mushroom > pork = chicken. In the children -youth group and the adult group, the highest allergic risk is from egg, the lowest allergic risk is pork and chicken ,with little differences between the two group(p0.05). Among the male group and female group , top allergic risks are from egg, shrimp, and crab, with little differences between the two group(p0.05).
Conclusions: Determination serum IgG of food antibody is helpful in diagnosing particular food allergy , and it is a new method for those doubtful allergic patients whose serum concentration of IgE is low and clinical symptoms are not typical.
